Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

Unboxing Video Rule:

An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange claims. Without a complete unboxing video showing the package opening and product condition, exchange requests will not be processed.

Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, unboxing video, and photos. Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.
